To sponsor a child, follow these simple steps:

1. Download the Child Sponsorship Form (pdf)
    
2. Complete the form and set aside
    
3. Select a payment method:
   
   • Pre-authorized chequing (please remember to include a VOID cheque)
      
   • Credit Card (through Canadahelps.org – click the "Donate Now" link below to perform a secure online transaction – please be sure to specify Child Sponsorship in the fund option)
      
   • Cheque (made out to Friends of Honduran Children)
      
4. Mail or fax your completed Child Sponsorship form (along with your cheque or VOID cheque if required) to:
